• We always print a clear label, pack your item(s) well and let you know when your item(s) are on the way. 
• If your package looks damaged or tampered with, you should immediately Return To Sender, and let us know.


PackPost costs cover packing time, packing materials,
transport to the PO and the actual postage/insurance fees.

A flat rate of $8.15 within Australia, including registration and insurance

A flat rate of AU$27 outside Australia, plus $10 insurance.

Local mail is usually 1-3 days, plus a day or two for remote areas.

Overseas mail usually leaves Australiay within three days

Air mail takes 5-20 days depending on country and surface mail takes 3+ months.

Overseas mail REQUIRES an accurate address.

Faster (more costly) transport methods can be negotiated at the buyer's request.
