Emails requesting a buy-it-now price, shipments to Canada or overseas, or asking us to end a listing early will not receive a reply. Please note that both our lister and shipper only work part time on flexible schedules.  Your items will be shipped as soon as schedules allow; tracking emails will be sent when items ship.

Payments

• At the end of the auction you will receive an invoice from eBay/Paypal with detailed payment instructions.  However, if you have a spam blocker or your email address with eBay is not current, you will not receive any emails.
• Payments must be received within 7 days, otherwise a non-paying bidder alert may be filed and the item relisted.  If there is a problem, please email us.
• If you have won multiple items, please email us for a combined shipping fee.

Shipping

• WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS
• NO PO BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES FOR UPS SHIPMENTS (UPS will not deliver to these addresses.)
• WE NO LONGER SHIP TO CANADA (Due to problems with various customs fees.) 
• If your item was damaged in transit, please notify us via email and we will file a claim for you.  DO NOT return any damaged item(s) to our store as this will VOID any refunds due to you.  Important: Please retain the damaged item(s) and all shipping materials until after the claim's investigation is completed.  Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied and loss of any refunds.

Feedback 

• We have set our eBay accounts to automatically leave positive feedback when positive feedback has been received.  This way we know items have been received and customers are satisfied.  
• Please try to resolve all problems before leaving feedback.
