AllTech Wholesale is a premier dealer in consumer electronics of all kinds, but
especially handheld devices. We have over ten years experience in the cell phone
industry (sales and repair), and as many in wholesale and reverse logistics. As
such, we are intimately familiar with the technology will sell and the processes
involved in getting it to you, the customer.
We established our eBay store over a year ago, and have long and proudly held Power
Seller status. If you review our return policy below, you'll see that we take great
pride in our customer service skills.
Shipping Information
AllTech always ships as fast as it can, understanding that you are anxious to get
your hands on your merchandise as quickly as possible. This means same- or next-day
shipping after the auction closes in most cases, unless an auction closes on a Saturday,
in which case it will be shipped first thing on Monday.
If you have special shipping requirements or would like to inquire about combining
shipping for multiple items, please feel free to contact us through eBay and we
would be happy to work with you.
Return Policy
At AllTech Wholesale, our business depends on satisfying 100% of our customers 100%
of the time.
We test everything that we sell, one item at a time. Nonetheless, please be sure
to read the listing above in detail, as it will always contain any qualifiers about
the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell you what accessories
it does or does not come with. We also strive to respond to any inquiries about
auctions within the same business day they are received.
Nonetheless, if for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the
auction description, AllTech offers immediate rectification of the issue. Please
contact us before you leave negative feedback, and we will do our best to make the
situation right.
We will first see if we can exchange the purchased product for an identical/comparable
item, or, if AllTech has no such item in its current inventory, we will provide
a full refund of the auction price and associated shipping fees. Below are the pre-conditions
for this policy:
- The buyer must notify AllTech of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- We will initiate refund/exchange ONLY upon receipt of our original item from the
buyer.
