AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
I only accept PAYPAL for payment. If you cannot pay via PAYPAL within a reasonable time please DO NOT BID. If you do not have a Paypal account, please get one. It protects both you as a customer and me as a seller.
SHIPPING:
Your item will be shipped out within 3 days of auction's ending on regular and Buy it Now auctions.
I only ship to Paypal confirmed US addresses only. If your address is not Paypal confirmed please visit Paypal and have your address verified.
Shipping cost will be shown on each individual auction.
Items will be shipped based on weight:
1 to 13 oz will be shipped USPS First Class Mail - Please allow 7- 10 days for delivery
16 oz to 20lbs will be shipped USPS Priority (including media) I no longer use Media Mail due to extensive ship times.
20lbs and over will be shipped via UPS - Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery
Some items will require a signature confirmation upon arrival to your address. Phones, expensive items...etc.
I will notify you of this prior to shipping so you can make arrangements to receive your item securely.
RETURNS:
Returns will only be accepted on items sold as NEW within 7 days of delivery if not satisfied. Return shipping cost is not included.
All other auction items sold "AS IS" or "USED" are fully described and photographed in my auctions and are NOT returnable. Please read my auction descriptions carefully BEFORE you bid. They are very accurate and I use large photos so you know what you are buying.
Communication is the key. Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns once you receive your item. Chances are very good I can resolve any and all issues you might have. Your positive feedback is my goal.
