New, Ilford Bromophen Paper Developer

CAT 553668 batch 66d081. Dry chemistry to make 1 US Quart. This came with a paper pack that I purchased but never used it. It is intended for use with Multigrade FB (fiber-based) paper but look at the Ilford site to see if you can use it with other papers.
