It came with a 50-200 f/2.8-3.5 Olympus lens.  I believe Olympus supplies the same case for the 150mm f/2.0.  It will fit many other lenses from Canon or Nikon or what have you (ask me if you need help deciding if a particular lens would fit). Has a very secure double-zipper closure with velcro and a quick-release buckle--a pretty useful and safe combination, I found.
