• After you have won an auction or used the BUY NOW option, an invoice will be emailed to you. This invoice, provided by Channel Advisor, is your access to which you are required to make your PayPal Payment.

After each auction won or additional item ordered, a new invoice will be sent. Always use the most recent invoice emailed to you. This invoice has all your items listed and combined into one order.

• No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit.
• Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Please contact us to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted.
