The only pick-up location we have is in Concord (Vaughan), just a few blocks north of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. We only accept cash (USD & CAD currency) as a method of payment for pick-ups.

SHIPPING
- If an item is available for shipping, you will see a shipping calculator at the top of the auction page.
- The U. S. A. imposes Customs duty fees / importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country. If an item sells for more than $200.00 USD and is being shipped to the U. S. A., then a fee of roughly $30 USD will apply (which also covers UPS brokerage processing). We do not cover these fees. Customers are responsible for payment of such fees. The price of all fees is announced to the receiver at the time of delivery or via a bill from UPS. Remember: no such fees will apply if an item is shipped within Canada or an auction sells for less than $200.00 USD.
- Items are shipped out Monday to Friday. We strive to ship items within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received.
- We only ship with UPS.
- All items are insured. $1.00 is automatically added to the shipping price for every $100.00 in value (auction price).
- We only ship within Canada and to the U. S. A.

DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL (D. O. A.) PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. Items that are sold guaranteed against D. O. A. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy. Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. Once an item is shipped back, it will be replaced or a refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered.MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT!
